Shipping time frames and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and Contagious Smile is not required to uphold them. Customers are welcome to use the Contact Form on our website to reach out for any questions regarding shipping and delivery updates. Once your package is scanned in with the shipping carrier and out of our hands, Contagious Smile will no longer be responsible for the items.
When your package is received, signed for, or otherwise marked as delivered at the address you entered at checkout, you certify that you have authorized the release of your package in this location and accepted it as the customer who placed the order. When entering your name and shipping address at the time of checkout, you cerify that all information you provide is correct and assume the responsiblity of locating your package with the shipping carrier in the event of any mistakes.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event of a lost or damaged package upon transit and delivery, Contagious Smile may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier upon request. However, we are not responsible for the package being lost or damaged after it reaches the hands of the shipping carrier, as stated in our Shipping and Delivery policy above. We are also not liable to provide any compensation for lost or damaged packages per our Returns and Exchanges policy also outlined above.
CHARGEBACKS
By making a purchase on this website, you understand the policies outlined in these Terms of Service, and agree not to file a Chargeback Dispute with your financial institution regarding any items purchased on contagiousmile.com for any reason. You also agree to take responsiblity for any and all charges incurred by you as the cardholder on this website, as Contagious Smile will not be liable for any Chargeback attempts.
